The Tygart Valley Chapter won several awards at the 2009 Awards banquet. Charlie
Nichols, WV-NWTF president presented Don Thomason, president of the Tygart Valley
Chapter, ribbons for Annual Jakes Day sponsor, 1st place Wheeling Sportsman ribbon,
2nd place Women in the Outdoors, and 3rd place regular membership ribbon. The
Tygart Chapter was well represented at the Awards banquet with Mike and Maxine
Metzner, Gary and Joan Thomason, Don and Trish Thomason, Twiggy Perry and Jakes
member, Michael Tapscott in attendance.
