1. One (1) gun will be given away each week for 52 weeks.  On November
    1, 2008 – October 24, 2009.
  2. The winning numbers will be based on the Saturday drawing of the
    WV lottery daily three on given date.  
  3. All guns will be brand names: Remington, Ruger, Mossberg, etc.  
  4. Only 1000 tickets will be sold. (#000-999)  Instant winner of $100.00
    tickets (000,111,222,333,444,555,666,777,888,999)
  5. Each ticket will be sealed in an envelope and then sold.  No one will
    know what number they will get until the ticket is purchased and
    opened.  
  6. The ticket will be good for all 52 drawings.
  7. A ticket will cost $30.00
  8. The same person may purchase more than one ticket.
  9. Must be 18 years old to purchase a ticket.  The on the ticket is the
    name that must be used for all federal background tickets.  Winner
    must be 21 years to win a handgun.  If winner is under 21, substitutes
    will be made.  
  10. The winner must bring their drivers license with photo and street
    address (NOT POST OFFICE BOX) when claiming the prize, hunting &
    fishing license or concealed weapon permit with street address may
    be used as second ID.  
  11. If winner fails to pass the federal background check, he or she shall
    automatically forfeit the right to the weapon.  The weapon will remain
    the property of the sponsoring chapter.  THERE WILL BE NO
    REFUNDS.  
  12. The winner will be responsible for picking up the prize at Calvin’s Gun
    and Supplies, 17 Garfield Street, Winfield WV (Winfield Hardware Store)
  13. Calvin’s Gun and Supplies will be responsible for registering of all
    weapons.
  14. A complete list of winning numbers and the persons registered to
    those numbers will be kept by the chapter and posted monthly at
    Calvin’s Gun and Supplies.  
  15. The chapter reserves the right to substitute a gun of like value in the
    event the gun is not available.
  16. The winner must pick up the prize within 30 days from notification of
    the prize will be forfeited to the chapter.  
  17. Winners will be notified by the chapter as soon as possible after the
    drawing.
  18. The Four Rivers Chapter, the NWTF, Calvin’s Gun and Supplies and or
    any other person or business participating in this fundraiser are not
    held responsible for any claims of injury or other damages that may
    arise from the possession of any firearm obtained through the
    project.  The purchaser, by purchasing a ticket, accepts the terms and
    conditions of the above mentioned rules and therefore accept any and
    all liability.
  19. Any unsold ticket(s) will be the property of the chapter.
  20. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.
